What Are Multiple Tooth Dental Implants?

Dental implants involve placing an artificial tooth root into the jawbone, creating a secure and lasting foundation. A crown is then attached to replicate the look and function of your natural tooth.

Designed for durability and aesthetics, single or multiple dental implants are a long-lasting alternative to dentures – helping you eat, speak and smile with comfort.

The Multiple Dental Implant Process

Step 1: Consultation

Your journey begins with a consultation with our treatment consultants and surgeons, who will provide an unbiased assessment to determine your suitability for single or multiple dental implants.

Step 2: 3D Scans

To ensure a successful surgery and to establish precise placement of the tooth implants, we start the process with a 3D cone-beam scan.

Step 3: Surgery

1. Implant Placement
A titanium post is carefully placed into the jawbone under local anaesthetic. This acts as a replacement root and foundation for the new tooth.

2. Healing & Integration (3–6 Months)
The implant fuses with your jawbone in a process called osseointegration. Temporary teeth may be provided during this healing phase.

3. Abutment Placement
Once healed, a small connector (abutment) is attached to the implant to support the final crown.

4. Crown Placement
A custom-made crown is secured to the abutment, completing the restoration with a natural look and feel. At Anew Smile™ Sydney, we use the latest technology and a compassionate approach to ensure your experience is smooth, stress-free and successful.

Dental Implant Bridges VS Multiple Dental Implants: Understanding the Difference

Benefits of Dental Implants

Dental implants are securely fixed in place, allowing you to eat, speak, and smile comfortably – unlike dentures, which can shift and may need adhesives.

Implants restore full function and appearance, helping you feel more comfortable and confident in everyday situations.

Designed to look and feel like natural teeth, implants offer a discreet, permanent solution. Dentures, though customisable, can feel bulky and take time to adjust to.

Implants stimulate the jawbone like natural roots, helping maintain bone density and facial contours, something dentures can’t provide.

Implants don’t affect neighbouring teeth and are easy to clean, supporting long-term oral health more effectively than bridges or removable dentures.

What Do Dental Implants Cost in Sydney?

There are many factors that can impact the cost of single or multiple dental implants, including:

  • The bone and gum conditions of your mouth
  • The implant materials used
  • IV and Sedation treatment options
  • Treatment time
  • Complexity of the case

At Anew Smile™ Sydney, we’re committed to making high-quality dental care more accessible. We offer a variety of flexible payment options to suit your needs, including tailored plans and the ability to access your superannuation (subject to eligibility).
